About Founder
Ravindra Jaiswar is the CEO & Founder of WebKaam Infotech, a digital marketing company based in Dharavi. Over the years of working with local entrepreneurs, he noticed something simple but powerful: Dharavi is full of talented businesses, yet most of them don’t even have a basic Google Business Profile, let alone a proper online identity.
This gap stayed in his mind. Ravindra had completed his BCA degree and NIIT Software Engineering course, and built deep experience in website design, graphic design, social media marketing, SEO, and eCommerce management. With this skill set, he started helping businesses create their digital presence. But the problem he saw was bigger than individual clients.
Even after opening his own office in Dharavi and leading a team of 10 people, he kept hearing the same thing from local business owners:
“We don’t know how to go online.”

Ravindra realised Dharavi didn’t lack skill; it lacked visibility. And visibility comes from simple, accessible digital tools.
